Facade & Exterior Finishing in Malta
The exterior of your property is the first thing people see. Our facade finishing service covers external rendering, insulated facade systems (ETICS), stone cladding, feature panels and exterior painting — giving your building a clean, distinctive and weather-resistant finish.
We also specialise in the restoration and pointing of traditional Maltese Globigerina limestone walls. Stone is cleaned, treated with appropriate consolidants and water-repellent chemicals to protect against salt and moisture ingress, and deteriorated mortar joints are repointed with a lime-based mortar that is compatible with the original masonry.
We work on both residential villas and apartment blocks across all of Malta, providing durable systems that stand up to the hot summers, sea air and winter rain.

Why It Matters
Malta's climate is demanding on exterior surfaces. Poor render cracks and allows moisture ingress, leading to damp, efflorescence and structural damage. The right system applied correctly — with proper mesh reinforcement, primer coats and joint detailing — lasts decades and maintains its appearance with minimal maintenance.
